About the Role

Inspire Holdings is a consulting company connecting Japan and the Philippines — covering real estate investment, company formation, IT systems, and lifestyle relocation.

As a Sales Consultant, you will bridge Japanese clients and our Philippine team from first consultation through contract and aftercare. Experience in sales is valued, and interest in cross-cultural work is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan & Propose SolutionsUnderstand client needs and propose optimal plans for real estate, visas, company setup, and more.
• Coordinate OperationsWork with Philippine staff, lawyers, and agents to keep projects on track.
• Document SupportAssist with contracts, applications, and reports — including translation support where needed.
• CRM & ReportingManage client data, progress updates, and internal meetings using CRM tools.

Requirements

• Interest in the Philippine business environment and real estate market
• English or Tagalog communication skills (conversational level or above)
• 3+ years in sales, consulting, or related fields
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Ability to collaborate in a multicultural team
• Willingness to travel to the Philippines occasionally (a few times per year)
