A base in a PEZA-accredited building in BGC, ready on day one.
Inspire Group (our Philippine head office) holds space in Alliance Global Tower and offers it as a shared office.
* The offices on this page are space that Inspire Group (our Philippine head office) holds in Alliance Global Tower and offers under a joint business arrangement. The contract is concluded directly between you and the operator in the Philippines. What we (Inspire Holdings Co., Ltd. (Japan)) provide is information in Japanese and the introduction.
* We do not hold a real estate brokerage licence in Japan and do not sell, exchange or lease real property in Japan, or act as agent or broker in such transactions.
* Base monthly rates are shown below (based on materials as of April 2025). Final amounts, contract terms and current availability are given individually as at the time of your enquiry. The number of units is limited, so please check availability when you enquire.
Incorporating in the Philippines requires a registered address at the filing stage. Rather than finding premises first and then incorporating, running the two in parallel gets you operating sooner. This page sets out the space our group offers.
What this page covers
· The building and its location (Alliance Global Tower / BGC, Taguig / PEZA-accredited)
· The three unit types and the shared meeting room (small / medium / cubicle / meeting room) and what each includes
· How the costs break down — what is payable in addition to the monthly rent
· The route to a contract, and what we do and do not do
BGC, Taguig City. An office tower in Uptown Bonifacio.
The building is accredited by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority. A business that meets the registration requirements may qualify for tax incentives. Whether they apply depends on the registration category and the nature of the business.
Taguig City, Metro Manila. Well-built road, power and telecoms infrastructure, and a concentration of English-speaking staff. Many Japanese and Western companies are based here. For current safety information, please refer to the travel advice published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
Fire sprinklers, VRF air-conditioning, carpeted flooring, fitted male and female toilets, and a finished lift lobby. Workstations and chairs are already installed at handover.
Uptown Mall adjoins the building, putting dining, retail, a gym and a cinema within walking distance. Day-to-day needs are met around the building.
Uptown Transport Hub is about 300 m away, a 3–5 minute walk. Buses and vans run from there to destinations across Metro Manila and to major provincial cities.
According to the building's materials, a Mega Manila Subway station is proposed in front of Uptown Eastgate Tower (2028). This is at the proposal stage and the opening date may change.
Units are divided into types by size, and the number of units of each type is limited. The current configuration and availability are given individually as at the time of your enquiry.
Payable in addition to the monthly rent
· CUSA and utilities (electricity and water) are calculated on the space contracted. They are not included in the monthly rent.
· For units where the meeting room is charged separately (small office and cubicle office), an hourly charge applies each time it is used. The meeting room alone is priced in local currency (pesos).
Contract terms
· The standard contract term is 1 year.
· A security deposit and advance rent are payable on signing. The deposit is normally 6 months' rent and advance rent is 1 month's rent. Companies related to Inspire receive a reduced deposit of 2 months' rent.
* The figures above are base rates drawn from materials as of April 2025. They may vary with exchange rates and unit conditions, so the final amounts and contract terms are confirmed individually at the time of your enquiry.
* The diagram scrolls horizontally.

* We do not carry out the preparation of documents defined in Article 1-2 of the Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist Act, nor any work reserved to certified public tax accountants or certified social insurance and labour consultants.
